Puma punku is neither caused by earth quake nor volcanic eruption.
Geographically, it could be said to be due to natural forces which causes the wearing off of the surfaces of the rock, hence giving it shapes and designs.

World of Mystery
The Earth as a planet is full of mystries and most of this my mystries are many even after the enumerated seven wonders in the world.
The history of the World is incomplete without the mystery Mountains, Oceans, Hills, Valleys, etc.
The deisgn, shape and sizes is neither by man nor modern technology but on account of natural forces that causes the wearing off of the rocky surfaces.
